Meeting

Regulatory and administrative support

We advise our clients on the regulations applicable to their activity. This includes registration in professional registers, obtaining the necessary licenses, as well as assistance during controls by authorities such as DREAL, DIRECCTE, Customs or the police.

Defense in the event of litigation

Lex-Port ensures the defense of carriers before the legal and administrative courts (Dreal, Prefecture), in the event of disputes or sanctions.

Contractual management and recovery

We intervene in the drafting and negotiation of transport contracts, including for international transport. We also offer personalized contracts adapted to the specific needs of our clients. In the event of unpaid, we implement the Gayssot law (article L.132-8 of the Commercial Code) and ensure the amicable or judicial recovery of claims.

Collective actions and compensation

Lex-Port is also recognized for its expertise in " private enforcement ", particularly in the context of the truck cartel. We support carriers that have been victims of illegal price-fixing agreements in their efforts to obtain compensation for the harm caused by these anti-competitive practices.
