Floran FOURCADE
Legal advisor
Floran Fourcade is a trainee lawyer in corporate law and commercial law since January 2023 at the EDA Aliénor in Bordeaux. After several internship experiences in law firms specializing in business law, Floran joined LEX-PORT at the end of his training, awaiting the completion of his CAPA in December 2024.
Floran assists economic actors in the regular monitoring of their companies, whether for routine legal secretarial operations or exceptional operations such as the transfer of social shares. He also intervenes in commercial litigation.
Due to his dual training in law and business school, Floran has developed particular expertise in the practice of business contracts.
