Christelle ADAM
Associate lawyer
Christelle Adam has been a lawyer specialising in business law and commercial litigation since February 2021. After nearly 4 years’ experience in a law firm in Paris, she joined the Bordeaux Bar in August 2024.
Christelle assists businesses in drafting, implementing and litigating their commercial contracts, particularly distribution networks, with particular expertise in franchise agreements. She also advises on anti-competitive and restrictive practices, in particular in civil actions for damages for breaches of competition law, such as the Truck Cartel case.
Christelle has also developed particular expertise in setting up online businesses and the regulations applicable to them.
